Frequency: 6905 kHz 6.905 MHz
Mode: LSB
Language: Spanish
Presumed Users/Use: Freeband or "outband" illegal amateur radio-like two-way communications, likely done by hobbyists.  Usually in Spanish, and often with Mexican accents, the source or purpose of these transmissions is not entirely known. 

SIO 222, lots of noise this morning but can hear Spanish language nets active on 6905 LSB.  6900 kHz seems to be quiet (at least for now), 6905 kHz is a known "alternate" frequency for the primary 6900 kHz 6.9 MHz 6.900 MHz frequency where Spanish voices are often heard.
