Pretty sure this is Sound of Hope. No jamming heard, and a very good signal, easily SIO 433. YL and OM talking, interspersed with music.

Did you cross reference this with a known CRN1 frequency? Since they crank the signal when they use that to jam, it's often very easy to copy that and mistake it for what's being jammed, unless you're proficient enough in Mandarin to know the difference. I've reached the point that ANY Chinese broadcast I find, I will double check if it says it's anything but CRI or another PRC-based broadcast.

EDIT: Eibi lists Echo of Hope in Korean for this frequency as well, 0555-2400 UTC. That's a clandestine that is pretty easy to copy most of the time here, and often without North Korea's jammer noticeable if it's present at all.
