11 Meter Band 27.025 MHz 27.085 MHz Sporadic-E 3 Dec 2017
« on: December 03, 2017, 1302 UTC »
Starting at 1300 UTC or so...the 11 meter band started to (very sporadically) wake up

27025 kHz AM 27.025 MHz AM - CB channel 6 - bits and pieces of the "Superbowl" audio coming in
27085 kHz AM 27.085 MHz AM - CB channel 11 - several stations shooting DX, similar to what's usually heard on 27.025 AM

Both of these frequencies exhibited severe fading...which makes me think this is a sporadic-E event
U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/transceivers/scanners/receivers - land mobile system operator - focus on VHF/UHF and 11m

I was noticing some stations on 11m as well this morning. Seems dead now (1958z) however.
