Five Niner / 59 requesting radio check at 1422 UTC on 6980 kHz USB.  SIO 555 very strong signal.  Sounds like military or training net.

Multinational HF Communications Exercise Noble Skywave organised by the Canadian Forces at Oct 24/25. This is one of the frequencies. Your station should be "Team 59" Canadian Forces Gagatown, NB.

Awesome.  I presume the activity heard on 6784 kHz USB and then 6800 kHz USB is related to this exercise?  Do you have any other information regarding which frequencies are/were in use and/or callsign information?

Yes, those are ExNS17 frequencies too.
