0021z: Steve Miller "Abracadabra", WEAK Radio ID's, "Monster Mash"

Fair signal peaks through heavy local RFI. Just clear enough to copy familiar songs but most other audio bits are buried in the mud.

Faded around 0045z, also hearing some faint SSTV and S9+20 OTHR bursts.
