Not sure what this is.  Started listening about an hour ago and it was spanish type (Mexican) music. Then suddenly, their doing numbers, then back to music.  6840 AM 2145-2214 UTC SIO434

Nice catch!  I've never caught numbers interrupting a Cuban music broadcast before, not sure how uncommon this is, perhaps some of the more expert numbers folks might comment.  Seems unusual to me!

You probably heard Radio Habana Cuba. Numbers transmissions during their broadcasts have been heard before. It's long been thought that the Cuban numbers stations are using Radio Habana transmitters. It's guessed that when you hear something like this, someone screwed up - hit the wrong switch etc.

6840 Got it again 12/3/10, only no music this time.  2249-2322UTC Talking about "one day pads" and both male and female reading numbers.
