6930 kHz 6.930 MHz 03-DEC-2017

UNID stations, possible freebanders

After 6950 kHz USB went quiet, I noticed weak SSB traffic 20 kHz down on 6930 kHz USB.  Much more laid back QSO on-going at 1312 UTC tune in.  Two OMs talking, heard laughing several times, distinctive Mexican accents.
