First I thought this was just 6925 kHz USB, but they're on 6925.5 kHz, USB mode.

Spanish language traffic heard on common North American pirate frequency, 6925 kHz.  Weak traffic but can make out that its Spanish and that its a two-way communication and not a broadcast.
