Wow, I have this station on my PerseusSDR to night way in Germany also!
SINPO up to 34433, really solid!
I will drop all my recorded details later the day and even send a report!
For me it sounds like a relay via Clever Name or Wolverine,
the big signal look like that. But it's just my guess.
