Sounds like the Brother Stair numbers parody? Very weak.
Now a Radio Clandestine relay (heard the ID by RF Burns) at 2307z.
As of 2310z, it is S9+10.

S4 with some stronger peaks.  Sounds like someone used Bro. Stairs' voice to make a numbers station lol.
2216 - parody of 'Stair' way to Heaven, S5 and fair copy
2237 - audio dropped way down, barely audible, carrier still around S4.
