Sorry to hear about the noise.

I've been able to hear bits of it again over the past few days after a longstanding local noise source on the frequency disappeared. The city has been replacing the old street lights with LED's over the past couple of years. I'm wondering if they got rid of the offending light as it was a mostly dawn to dusk thing?

I've not been able to hear OTR reliably in a while, although every so often it will surprise me.
