sdr with horizontal loop antenna, 20 feet up, 250 feet all around. wellbroke loop for amdx and tropdx, very very lucky reception.

Picked up here in eastern Nebraska rising in and out of noise floor playing music, coincidentally, by the Ramones.
Possible ID at 2249.
Surfin' Bird(?) @ 2255. Signal here affected by fluttering noise making copy difficulr.
Pretty much lost signal ~2300.

 8) Readable in some fading in Cherokee Foot Hills.
ID @ 2258- Radio Free Ramones , Your pirate station on shortwave.
Listening on FT 900 which doesn't have as good noise floor as my 30 dollar SDR!!
Will go listen on SDR if station stays on air long enough.

My offspring are finally hitting the air!

I were still at it, this year would be the 16th Annual Joey Ramone Memorial Show. Two plus hours of the boys blazing away. As I said on the first one, "If you don't like the Ramones, you might as well put a bullet through your brain pan."

Nice to see someone has taken up the banner. Bop on my little Pinheads!
