Sounds like somebody is tuning up their radio.  Lots of test tones, whistling into mic, etc.  Doesn't seem like there's a QSO going on here at the moment, maybe this guy will QSY to one of the active frequencies shortly...

2140 UTC - I stand corrected...a second station has answered the first stations general calls...now two stations doing radio checks and general ham radio like radio-related banter.  Another series of test tones at 2140 UTC
