UNID two-way traffic intruders 40 meter band
Frequency: 7000 kHz 7.000 MHz 7.0 MHz
Mode: USB
Time: Heard from at least 2150 UTC on

Hearing at least two different stations chatting away on 7000 kHz USB mode.  No hammies seem to mind (or at least not enough to drop some CW on them!)

No idea what language I'm hearing here.  Going strong at 2156 UTC.
