Hearing English language traffic (with heavy fading) on 6212 kHz USB (seems closer to 6212.2 kHz USB) and stronger Spanish language chatter on 6215 kHz USB.  Reminds me of the traffic heard in the 6765-7000 kHz range (only this time they're actually operating on the real marine frequency bands!).

Lots of OTH radar QRM over both QSOs.  2300-2315 UTC
