UNID American fishermen operating out of band
Frequency: 3311 kHz 3.311 MHz
Mode: USB
Location: Unknown

English speaking (American accents) fishermen talking about, well, fish.   Casual conversation in the 90 meter broadcast band, they've got broadcast stations on 3310 kHz and 3320 kHz (not to mention CHU on 3330 kHz).  Very good spot to "hide" frequency wise!  Probably wouldn't have found them if the conditions weren't favoring the lower frequencies so much.  Thanks to nc-jay for this find!
