Traces already heard at 2253 and 2308 UTC, bit of drift around.
2322 some music, just at noise level, never above
2349 ID not OK, with "International" ??
2355 still on and very hard to hear

0040 still on, pops
0101 ID as QBC Radio (+web site), rock, still on at 0110

Not a new one, QBC was very active 2 or 3 years ago, from Central Europe.
