I heard it about 2:40 utc last night but couldn't tease anything out. I could tell they were broadcasting music, but the noise levels were high and Radio Los Tienes (?) was coming in strong. There was a TIS station in there, too, along with some type of data a little higher up that was causing problems. No mistaking those synth voices TIS stations use, though. I think it was the same male voice the local drugstore uses to announce their phone menu?

I was listening at roughly 2:00 UTC and the TIS station owned the freq.. No sign of the music pirate, and I pretty much had to turn the loop directly at the SS rel. pirate's location to get them. They've been dominating the freq. since they showed up.
