UNID two way SSB traffic in USB mode 28-FEB-2018
Frequency: 6952 kHz 6.952 MHz
Band: 43 meters
Language: Presumed Portuguese but possibly Italian (or Portuguese with a different accent?)

This almost sounds like Italian but I'm pretty sure its Portuguese.  Some very strong signals at tune-in (S9!), now more like S6-S7 but very nice audio...which is saying a lot for most "pesky" stations.  I can only hear one side of the conversation at those superlative of signal reports, however.  The second station is barely readable at 2157 UTC.
