Very strong signals heard here right now (2251-2252 UTC)...peaking at S7!  OM saying "HOLA! HOLA!" over and over again.  SIO 434.  The station must have moved his antenna or dropped his power down just before 2253 UTC...as I can still hear him but he's down in the noise considerably now...
