From Uniontown PA online SDR.  S5 SIO 323, heavy fades.  Caught very end of bc:

0014 end of Layla (apparently a big Clapton fan)
0016 Apparent signoff "This is Stretchy Radio, you're listening to Stretchy Radio, the Voice of Stretchy"
