2306 mention of a mail drop in Austin TX, but no full address given

Huge signal on 6935U here in SW PA.  2306 t/in.  Many IDs, Austin TX maildrop addr, background noises, "Bang on the Drum All Day" by Todd Rundgren, and a remake of Prince's "Kiss".
