2333 UTC - tuned in, SSTV in progress
2335 UTC - another deep fade, down to S3
2339 UTC - country music heard, still some QSB...strong audio on peaks, some FMing on the carrier
2341 UTC - another SSTV transmission, fading up to S5
2343 UTC - end of SSTV, back to music...there's no FMing during SSTV, but its certainly there when music is played

s9 near DC, pretty heavy fades, but audio punches through noise floor, no qrm.
sdr with horizontal loop antenna, 20 feet up, 250 feet all around. wellbroke loop for amdx and tropdx, very very lucky reception.
