Got this signal today  in South East NH on 160M.
Sounds/looks like a OHR.

Our's (USA) out of Maine perhaps?

A handful of years ago, there was a new OTHR which made an appearance on 160M. I seem to recall that it turned out to be a new system being tested by the Canadian Navy in Nova Scotia. It stopped and I don't recall hearing anything more on the subject.

This may be related or may be a new installation or something in the US.

In any case, these are some links to the episode in 2004:

This, or a similar radar, has appeared several times in the last decade or two.  Most times if it is traced to a location it is the eastern region of Canada.  Often it appears for a few days or weeks and disappears without have ever been confirmed as to location or source.

I believe on the UDXF at least one source was confirmed as to make, model, and location, but over the years it appears there has been more than one active from time to time.

If by "Our's (USA) out of Maine perhaps?" you mean the installations at Moscow, Maine, (transmitter) and Columbia Falls, Maine, (receiver), then the answer is no, it is not related.  Those locations were the FPS-118, and the -118 never went this low in freq.  And to top it all off, that radar has been dismantled.
