UNID Russian Military Communications 10 April 2018
« on: April 13, 2018, 0741 UTC »
I posted this in the "Other" section but I would also like to see if we could get a translation of this audio.  I understand that it is in Russian, but to determine if it is Military or fishermen or something more nefarious?

Thanks!
