2147 UTC Asian music? Hmmm...sounds like the kind of music you'd hear on Radio Nepal in the 1980's (Some nice S4 peaks but mostly fadey signal just above or at the noise floor)
2155 UTC Deep in the noise now
2215 UTC Seems to be a weak carrier also on 6950 along with some weak Asian music in USB...hmmm
Interesting! It does sound like Firedrake....wasn't there a Firedrake pirate some years back?
2222 UTC "Innocent"-Hundred Waters per Shazam.....(Shazam'd it 3 times but when I checked out that actual song on Youtube, it didn't match)

Sounds like Japanese music of some sort.
Signal fading in and out.
2206 UTC - Signal is getting better.
2209 UTC - Signal/noise is now terrible, can barely hear a note.

2203 - This sounds like the "FireDrake" music China used to jam
Voice of Hope and other stations they took umbrage to years ago.
It was prolific across the shortwave band.
2222 - Still on...

After quickly youtubing "FireDrake" and giving it a lil' listen, it appears your right.  They do sound very similar.
