RNI transmitting on 15,720 KHZ @ 02:00 UTC 13 April 2018 (21:00 CDT Local 12 April 2018)  from Rangitaiki, New Zealand transmit site.  News on the hour with a lengthy discussion of President Trump's options addressing Syria's use of chemical  weapons and a brief story on the TPP trade agreement.  SINPO:  2-2-1-2-2.
