Music heard from 0010-0015 bit too weak and noisy  to Shazam. Was slightly off freq

0050 Audio tones... "NBC special broadcast", test counts... "Not for broadcast", some sort of test recording. Then into music.
0102 RCCI ID. Must be an old show, Blue Ridge Summit drop given. More music
0112 Faded down a bit, another ID, back to music.
