Activity on 27.515 LSB is a great indicator of a band opening to the Caribbean.  Ironically enough, there's a Mexican taxi cab company that uses 27515 kHz AM / 27.515 MHz AM for taxi cab dispatching.  Distinctive YL dispatcher with roger beep.  When the band is open to both locations you can hear the taxi lady talking over the "big gun" Jamaican stations on 27515 LSB (and vise-versa).

Gotta love 11 meters :D
