Black Cat SSTV 0.3.5 Released

I've released version 0.3.5 with a few minor tweaks. Black Cat SSTV is available for Windows and macOS. I wrote it specifically with an emphasis on weak signal decoding. If you can hear it, Black Cat SSTV can decode it. Even if you can't hear it, it can possibly decode it  8)
