Hello,
I am quite new of SWLing and I didn't find any evidence in my Klingenfuss, but maybe he is a well known station.

Yesterday at 19.33 GMT at 9059.85 KHz, S 9+ in north Italy. I have heard this voice. I guess it is french speaker.
He was trying some frequencies, making QSYs. He kept trying 1 hour (with stops) I have other audios, but I need to upload.
