Hi JimIO -

I don't know if it really runs on ethanol, it sort of a joke as it is just loaded with vegetables - a fenuke (fennel) dangling off the top.  The photo was taken at the Catania, Sicily fish market - the individuals seemed to be banished to a corner just off the main market thoroughfare.  They fit three very large dudes in the front seat of that thing.
