Weak signal deep in noise floor.
Difficult copy so unable to hear the topic of broadcast tonight.
Ďroning children's chorus -0435 into another lecture.
No improvement in reception.

I found it at some point during my evening listening. Fair signal here, OM was mostly legible, but I stayed on it only for a few minutes.
