ISIS-1 Satellite 136.410 MHz 1822 UTC 13 Jun 2018
« on: June 13, 2018, 1846 UTC »
A fairly strong signal using the just this morning relocated discone antenna and netSDR receiver. Just a carrier with doppler effect, no obvious modulation noted.
