6975.1/.2 USB, 8/17/08, relay of KIPM program reportedly from operator located in Southwestern U.S.
From 0200-0346 UTC: Occasionally clearly audible as KIPM show (unidentified episode) with Alan Maxwell storytelling (garage door opener, ballistic missiles, "...but the children would pluck up the courage...", "...for each of the children separately remembered walking alone in the moon's blue light...", etc.), music and sound fx.  Marred by long deep fades to inaudible, moderate atmospheric noise, minor QRM from pescadores on 6977u.  SINPO - 23322
