0013z Fair copy in New Hampshire, S7 with noise peaks at S9
0026z QRM from another (stronger) station... can't copy Captain Morgan now
0032z QRM off, I can copy the Captain now (damn, QRM back...)

Seems it is the station that was on 6955 who then moved to 6950 to create the QRM

0027 QRM when the 6955 USB station moved to 6950.
