I did not hear anything on this frequency today despite occasional checks but perhaps they turned on the TX at 1900 UTC.

1905 - SINPO 24222 with frequent signal fades below my noise floor.
1907 - Full ID, all frequencies mentioned, including 6205 KHz and website, then into a Madonna song.
2135 - Signal is better. SINPO 34334 with rapid fading at the moment.

Surely the propagation. I heard IDs on 6205 at 1645 and at 1836 UTC
1916 music on 6205, nothing special for a week day.

Sorry, Ray. I do not use a dedicated UTC clock at the moment; I do the time conversion mathematics in my head. I just returned from a trip and I am all screwed up.  :) :-[
