I decided to run a July 4th daytime recording session, to see how bad conditions were, after seeing skeezix's results. The decode rate got very low around 2000z (4 PM local) with only Annapolis reliably coming in. Even Sandy Hook, which is just 266 km away, was not coming in well. There were thunderstorms in the area in the afternoon, that could have affected reception.
I then extended that into a nighttime recording session and then continued to record to the following early evening. You can see the decode rate was also low around 2000z on the 5th, but not as low. There were again thunderstorms that afternoon, so I am not sure they were the cause of the very low decode rates on the 4th, I think it was actually something related to propagation. Of course I have no idea what it was.
Lots of fake DX due to high static levels as you would expect, but even some real DX, which surprised me.
