BBC to offer extended service for the World Cup
« on: July 10, 2018, 1820 UTC »
"BBC WS to Africa will have extended transmission tonight and tomorrow due to football World Championships on 3255, 6170 and 7445 kHz between 2000-2130."

I saw this posted to the WRTH group on Facebook. It came with the following link, which doesn't actually show this quote or any other information about the BBC WS coverage of World Cup matches. So, I guess we'll see.

I can say that I'm currently copying Belgium vs France on 7445 (Meyerton tx to Eastern Africa), via a kiwi SDR in Qatar. This match should be over by 2000 UTC unless it goes into extra time.
