Hi Ray!

I guess it was a TX by "Radio  3  1  9" from Belgium!

It's possible you can RX a few combination programs
from "OHR Radio ( = Offshore History Radio) & 3 1 9"
also on the frequency!
( OHR was/is my old 'Station-Id' what I also had lent to Channel292 at their start on 6070!
Until they started using the Id. Channel292 ! )
