S6/S7 signal, sounded like a comedy bit? Heard an ID of Radio Free Manitoba? Not bad in ECSS mode, but a bit of QRM from static.

Just barely able to copy Manitoba ID via same left coast remote as last night.  Much weaker than last night, no copy of any details.  Fairly steady carrier here at home, but no audio.
