American accented OMs in QSO, I do not think I have noticed FM below the CB band before.

11m is very hot right now. There's some SS ops on 26175 AM that are 200 kHz wide.

QSO on 27465 LSB, the end I am hearing is from near Tampa Florida. Very solid copy, he is talking to someone in Baltimore, which I am obviously not hearing.

Nice catch, Chris.  I've only logged non-UK or European/Russian FM 11 meter activity a once, not counting QSOs I've been involved with myself...was a taxicab dispatcher somewhere in Latin America using 26.775 MHz 26775 kHz FM, typical female taxi dispatcher speaking Spanish to taxicabs, lots of numbers heard, etc.

When you consider that most of the export radios have FM mode included (even the basic "hunting radio" types) as an option, its sort of interesting that FM is rarely heard in the Americas on 11 meters.

Not sure how up to date it is but this is the best resource I've seen on "CB " frequencies around the world.  Back in the late 80's and 90's when I was heavily into 11 meter Freeband, I frequently talked to UK stations on their legal FM 40 channels that ran every 10 kcs from 26.60125 to 27.99125, in those days you could work the world with an omni antenna and a dozen watts. I also see a New Zealand contact SSB  down below the US channel 1 and a comment in my old log that the operator said it was a legal NZ Frequency, loved that old 5 band silver President Jackson.

edit: by the way HF Underground has the best list of CB frequencies I have found on the web, Kudos  https://www.hfunderground.com/wiki/CB

The UK actually has two sets of CB frequencies now, the original 27/81 CB allocation of 27.60125 MHz to 27.99125 MHz in 10 kHz steps (FM mode only) and the European harmonized or CEPT band (also known as "mid band") that follows the same as the USA band plan 26.965 MHz to 27.405 MHz AM, FM and SSB allowed.

I've worked several UK stations on the 27/81 UK FM channels in the past while mobile.  The best channels seem to be 27.78125 MHz (UK FM CB channel 19), 27.97125 MHz (UK FM CB channel 38) and 27.98125 MHz (UK FM channel 39).  FM activity on 27.781 is usually a good indicator of an opening to the UK.  I've also worked FM on 27.315 MHz (CB channel 31) with UK stations as well as other Europeans using FM in the regular CB band.

New Zealand has two sets of CB frequencies as well.  The New Zealand specific 26 MHz band of 26.330 MHz to 26.770 MHz and the regular 27 MHz band of 26.965 MHz to 27.405 MHz for a total of 80 channels.  AM/SSB modes only in New Zealand apparently (to match with Australia's same allocation of 26.965 to 27.405 MHz).
