Odd tones, 6838 and 6844 KHz, 0335UTC

Very strange noises that sounded like a carrier on AM, but on SSB sounded like someone "techno'd whale songs". Very slow changing pure tones and DTMF on 6838. Another on 6844, but had a white noise jammer on top of it.
