0034 UTC Hearing this with a fair signal amidst storm static, but steady signal. Synth voiced OM giving 5 digits numbers in English, each group given twice.

Sounds like it might be E06.  Did it end in 00000?

I had this on the SDR recording. Very weak here, it sounded like 00000.
