0310z-0330z (approx): "Smoking in the Boy's Room" (sounded like Motley Crue, version, not Brownsville Station), ID that sounded like Radio Umbra (confirmed by listener on IRC), commentary about constitutional rights.  Tough copy mainly due to local RFI.
