Heard Radio Free Manitoba from 0332 to 0404 (approx), then Inquisitive Hans with the Paranoid News.  Multiple NRS IDs.  Hilarious programs!

Still heard @0423UT with running commentary abt earthquakes, audio at the same level of the QRN
CW Id then, gone @ 0443UT

NRS relays making it into the Los Angeles area. Good signal with fades S6+ on the E1 in am mode
