Overmodulated rock music. SINPO 22221 into an SDR in Virginia.

2355 - caught bits of what I think is George Thorogood and The Destroyers, "I Drink Alone".
0010 - music stopped mid-song then some sort of computerized announcement and then TX off.
0013 - back on in USB and very strong now.
0014 - George Thorogood and The Destroyers, "I Drink Alone"
0041 - SSTV

Very weak into NE Ohio at 23:52 UTC. In and out of the noise is faint music and vocals.

Tuned in at 0007utc, If it is still on, I don't hear it, not even a peep in ssb mode. There is much static.

Weak here on USB with bits of music making it through the noise at 0015 UTC.
SSTV signals at 0041 but too weak to decode
