Hearing music and sounds like it being jammed? I am also hearing talk in between the QRM, can't make it out

27015 AM in Spanish is akin to 27025 in English.  Often you'll hear dozens of stations piled onto each other.  The Latin American operators seem to be a little more likely to play music on the CB frequencies though. 

27.015 MHz AM - CB channel 5
U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/transceivers/scanners/receivers - land mobile system operator - focus on VHF/UHF and 11m
