Adventist World Radio via Sri Lanka in English. As I tuned in, a male announcer at 1608 UTC gave an address or email for “AWR,” then into a hymn, then a woman was talking until another religious song started at 1618 UTC. The signal was weak with lots of atmospheric noise and fading, and the noise mostly buried it as the broadcast progressed past 1619 UTC.
