400W RF Generator
« on: October 08, 2018, 1440 UTC »
I'm still way off finishing my 100W TX and have a pile of tested PCB's that will O/P 400W @ 48V (@10A).

They have an AD9850 DDS with a PIC storing 16 Channels.

Drivers are the latest (need 12V @ 150mA)

Will need bolting to a modest heatsink or metal case with fan.

Efficiency is decent at 90% as it push pull class E with four GaN FETs.

Everything is on the PCB so you'll just need a PSU and modulator.

Will O/P 600W @ 60V but will need some serious cooling, at the 400W level the cooling can be passive....

$300 ONLY....

Str.
'It's better to give than receive' so why Rx when you can Tx!
